The Cardmember must enter the registered phone number and the last five digits of their active American Express Card to register for the membership. In case the information entered do not match the details updated on American Express systems, the Prime membership would be withdrawn |

EazyDiner Prime membership is only available to the basic Cardmember holding the eligible CARD |

Cardmembers must complete the registration to receive the EazyDiner Prime membership |

The EazyDiner Prime membership is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment |

The additional 20% cashback is applicable only upon bill upload up to five times in a membership year. The amount of the cash back will be limited up to a maximum of Rs.300 per transaction and up to Rs.1500 for the 5 transactions and will be credited within seven days of bill upload. This cash back offer is not applicable for transactions in Dubai. The cashback will be valid for 15 days from the date of credit |

Cardmembers must inform the restaurant upon arrival on the reservation made and the offer as applicable |

Only one subscription can be used for a single reservation |

Gift vouchers which are issued at the time of subscription have a validity of 6 months from date of issue. Only one (1) voucher can be used at a time, with a minimum spend of ₹2000. No vouchers can be combined. Cardmembers will receive the vouchers in the EazyDiner Prime subscription confirmation email which will be sent within 24 hours of registering for EazyDiner Prime. The vouchers will be subject to voucher terms and conditions |

In the event the Cardmember does not enter the correct registered mobile number and last five digits of the Card number, the Prime membership will be rescinded |

One complimentary alcoholic drink will offered to Cardmembers at select restaurants and will be basis the choice of the establishment. |
